Event types & audiences
Every event we can build from your data.
We don't mail a whole ZIP code. Each event starts with the buyers already in your records and the inventory already on your lot, then picks the audience and offer that fit this month.
Four ways we build an event
- Your customers: lease-ending, upgrade candidates and service-drive buyers.
- Conquest: in-market owners of competing brands near your store.
- Inventory-driven: aged units, heavy segments, pre-owned push.
- Calendar-driven: stair-step pushes and your known slow stretch.
From your own customers
Lease-Ending
A lease has a contract end date, which makes these the most predictable future buyers in your file.
When to use: renewals, pull-aheads, and months with strong lease support.
Repeat Repair Visits
A customer bringing the same vehicle back for big repairs is heading toward a trade, whether they've said it or not.
When to use: service-to-sales events and trade-in offers.
Upgrade Candidates
Customers with older vehicles and a payment that a new deal can match or beat.
When to use: "get out of your payment" offers and valuation-guide trade events.
Sold, Not Serviced
Bought from you but service elsewhere. At risk of never coming back.
When to use: win-back and "we miss you" events. [Confirm we run this]
From your lot and your calendar
Aged Inventory Event
Built around the units past 60 or 90 days that are costing you interest every day.
When to use: any time aged units are stacking up.
Stair-Step Push
Timed to close a volume-tier gap before the period ends.
When to use: you're a few units short of the next bonus tier.
Pre-Owned Voucher Event
A savings voucher on pre-owned units, with the amount and exclusions you set.
When to use: a full used lot or thin new-car allocation.
Slow-Season Event
Placed into the stretch you already know will be soft, where extra traffic is worth the most.
When to use: the month you dread every year.
Brand Conquest
In-market owners of competing brands, weighted to the ZIP codes that produce.
When to use: growing market share against nearby stores.
